Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries (halved)
  • 2 tbsp. Walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. Almonds (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Hemp Seeds or Flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberries and blackberries to a bowl of Greek Yogurt. Top with the nuts and seeds. Enjoy!

*If berries are out of season or not as ripe as you would prefer, feel free to switch up the fruit. Try a cut up peach, apple, pear, mango, or banana.
