Preheat over to 325 degrees.
Chop pecans to desired size.
Mix sugars, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg in one mixing bowl.
In the other mixing bowl seperate egg whites from yolks (do whatever you want with the yolks). Then whisk yolks until they are frothy (see picture above).
Toss chopped pecans in egg whites until completely coated, then toss in sugar and spiced until completely coated.
Place on baking sheet, smooth out pecans so there is an even layer.
Put in oven for roughly 30 minutes, STIRRING every 10 minutes (baking may vary based off oven).
